For 12 years now, I have been practicing individual psychotherapy, leading trainings and psychotherapy groups. Of course, there are a number of areas of psychotherapy that I prefer to work with. These include: Client-centered psychotherapy, body-oriented psychotherapy, art therapy, symbolic drama, Gestalt therapy, NLP, and Ericksonian hypnosis. However, every person is an individual, and I think it is extremely inappropriate to adapt them to techniques. Therefore, in my practice, I focus exclusively on the client and his or her personal problems. I am convinced that every person should be accepted as they are, with all the pros and cons. After all, we are all born initially good and beautiful, and then, “What happens to us in later life?”, “Why?”, “For what?”, “How to live with it?” and “How to fix it?” are the questions we will be looking for answers to.
